Flint Eastwood is what happens when family and friends gather in the forgotten spaces of an embattled city and are left to create with no rules, no boundaries, and nothing holding back: the evolution of Detroit-based multitalented artist Jax Anderson. Jax drew inspiration from a very talented family. Her father was one of ten kids who all played guitar and sang, and both of her older brothers played in bands. Jax spent her childhood helping her dad work in some of the toughest neighborhoods in Detroit, and between helping out, learned on her dad’s 12string Taylor that he left in the living room.
