Our Mission
Middle Waves, Inc. connects the Northeast Indiana region through unique, jaw-dropping, pride-inducing music and art experiences.
About
Middle Waves is a one-day music festival held in downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana. It was created as an opportunity to draw more visitors to the city and provide northeast Indiana with a chance to have the music festival experience in our own backyard.
To ensure the growth and longevity of the festival, the Embassy Theatre acquired Middle Waves from the Middle Waves, Inc. board in summer 2023 and has taken over leadership of the programming, planning and execution. In recent years, the Embassy has charted a course to diversify and expand its programming. The festival is in strategic alignment with those goals.

Ticketing & Entry
Tickets can be purchased online or at the Embassy Theatre’s STAR Bank box office located at 125 W. Jefferson Blvd. Fort Wayne, IN 46802. The box office is open Monday – Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. All sales are final and non-refundable.
General admission kid tickets are for kids ages 12 and under.
VIP ticket holders will have access to:
- VIP attendees can enter the festival 30 minutes early, allowing you to shop for merchandise and purchase beverage tickets before anyone else!
- Exclusive VIP bar
- Designated viewing area near stage
- Air-conditioned bathroom trailer
- Snacks
- Water station

The main gates for the Lincoln Pavilion at Headwaters Park are located off of Clinton Street in downtown Fort Wayne.
In/out privileges are allowed during the festival. You MUST have your ticket scanned out before exiting the festival grounds. This will allow you re-entry.
For evening (after 5 p.m.) and weekends, free parking is available at all downtown metered parking spaces. View the downtown parking map.
Payments & Purchases
VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted for all ticket and bar purchases. Acceptable payment may vary by vendor booth.
Yes! Drink tickets will need to be purchased in advance at the ticketing trailer. Please note that drink tickets are non-refundable.
Festival Policies & Information
Middle Waves is committed to making the festival accessible for all attendees. Headwaters Park has an accessible entrance and we will have an accessible porta-potty.
Unless they’re trained service animals, your furry friends will have to sit this festival out.
You betcha! Middle Waves welcomes all ages to the festival!
Yes, this event will happen rain or shine! Don’t worry we have a backup plan if the weather was to be deemed dangerous. Be sure to follow us on social to get live updates. All set times are subject to change due to weather.
Misplaced something during the festival? Don’t sweat it, just trot over to the ticketing trailer near the entry gates. And if the festival has wrapped up, give a shout out to the Embassy Theatre box office (Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 260.424.5665) to reclaim your lost treasure.

- Professional camera or video equipment of any kind
- Weapons, knives or firearms of any kind
- Pepper spray
- Illegal substances – Middle Waves has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal substances.
- Outside food or beverages of any kind
- Air horns, megaphones or noise makers
- Fireworks
- Laser pointers
- Projectiles that can cause injury or be disruptive to the festival
- Glass
- Lawn chairs
- Coolers
- No bicycles inside the festival grounds
- Wagons or carts (strollers are acceptable)
- No soliciting
Please note—any other items allowed or prohibited on the festival grounds are at the discretion of Middle Waves security and staff.
A designated smoking area will be located just outside the gates of Headwaters, on the north side.

Note: VIP buyers enjoy exclusive perks, including early entry (30 minutes), an exclusive VIP bar, a designated viewing area near stage, access to an air-conditioned restroom trailer, complimentary snacks, and a dedicated water station.
*Adult tickets will increase to $55 the week of the event.
